Colossians 1:15 says:The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.What I said: There is a God.He is good.He is the one that has the perspective of what is good and that we as followers are pursuing that goodness of God. That is the ultimate reality that your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.This good Lord and Saviour, our Shepherd, Jesus, will return, who is the Logos, who is the beginning and the end.It is not a moralistic stance that I take that I have any better idea than you of what is good or bad. I would take the stance that Jesus has a very clear idea of what is good and what is bad.The positives of technology are very clear in both medicine, educational and communications. It's kind of odd to need to say that the technology has had positive effects because that seems so obvious.I would like to imagine just for a moment a pre-internet world where none of this had any effect upon your daily life. The way that I grew up was in that world and it was very good in the sense of that was one less thing to be concerned about.This is going to affect everyday people like you and I.Images being stolen,voice being stolen and the recreation of those images and voice.It's quite a deep topic and something that I want to be very careful in the way that I address it.I hope that this would cause more prayer and unity amongst the different denominations and streams of faith in Jesus approaching this topic with seriousness and calmness which I'm sure if you are a person of faith you would respect and see that we have a common idea and at least a goal that we have which is a very good one and a very clear idea of what it means to be alive and the purpose of our life.I have a lot of videos about the goodness of God and the love of Jesus and I encourage you to check them out.And I'm cautioning myself from being impressed by this because it really captures an image of us, no pun intended, and also captures our voice. There is a certain aspect of who we are and our character and the voice that we have to share and it is unique...Thanks for watching!
