What comes to mind as you read the following statements? “Treat others like you want to be treated” “Tomorrow is a new day” “Take a nap—they are the best invention ever” “Everyone needs a second chance” “People matter most” “You are not always right” “Don’t eat yellow snow”. All of these are great pieces of advice, and “life lessons” that will certainly add joy to living if followed accordingly!

You probably could make many additions to this list, for all of us have powerful lessons learned through life and living. This is certainly true of Acts 18, which is the chapter we will work through in this sermon entitled “Lessons We Are Learning.”
