In this episode we discuss parenting with Christina, who is mum to 10 month old Maeve. Christina discusses Maeve’s very quick entrance into the world, followed by unexplained seizures which resulted in an intense stay in the NICU. As a result of being apart from Maeve, Christina wasn't able to establish breastfeeding, which is something she was really hoping to do. 
Christina speaks candidly about the issues sleep deprivation were having on her and her partner Ash, and how they used sleep training to overcome that.
