With a life-long dream of being on television, Christina Jovanna Olivarez set out to get her degree in broadcast journalism. She took all the internships, created her own show... she set herself up for success! But then why, after graduation, did she hear so many no’s? It was her best friend who finally said to her “What if your perfect job doesn’t exist? What if you could create it on your own?”

And with that, The Social Butterfly Gal was born. Christina is now an entrepreneur creating kickass social media campaigns for big businesses in town, cultivating a community of fellow female entrepreneurs through her #SwarmSociety AND she just teamed up with that same best friend to create a conference to empower women called Hustle + Socialize. Christina is finally saying YES to herself! But it hasn’t always been easy, and the success didn’t happen overnight.
