- Family reveals humanity is flawed
Try to make the world the place it’s supposed to be
The holiday’s reveal a deep and unchanging truth about all of humanity…We long to be family
The holiday’s remind us of a painful truth…our dream is beyond our reach.
When the Lord God saw the extent of human wickedness, and that the trend and direction of humanity’s lives were only towards evil, he was sorry he had made them. It broke his heart.
He (Jesus) came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected him.
Pretend
Denying our dream is out of reach leads to harmful hopelessness.
What if there’s a solution we didn’t come up with that fixes what we can’t?
