Why do we keep celebrating Christmas despite the stress, chaos, and exhaustion that comes with it?

Family reveals we're all flawed

The holiday’s reveal a deep and unchanging truth about all of humanity…We long to be family. 

Love in action creates a “Christmas Moment” A choice to stay set in our direction or surrender to redirection 

Without surrender at our “Christmas moment” we stay unchanged and unfulfilled.

Celebrating the idea of a “Christmas moment” without surrender feels good, but does no good.

The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him.

 He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God…

…So the Word became human and made his home among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Surrender – Admits

Celebrating unconditional love instead of surrendering to it is cheaper…But the cost of us staying unchanged and unfulfilled.
