In this episode, we examine the practice of Recreational Bonsai Tree making using scrubs and ficus from Home Depot, Lowes, or in the wild.  Using visualization techniques, making a picture in your mind, and then creating art.  My daughter Gabrielle joins us as a guest for the 2nd concept of Martial Art Expression that is used in performing patterns and being mindful to create art in many forms.    Lastly, we talk about the Christmas and Holiday Season when you can add lights to your Bonsai and use Christmas Music to do your martial art patterns.
