Paul, in writing to the Galatians, reminds them of their natural condition. Prior to salvation, they were in bondage to man-made religion and a system of traditions and works. However, Paul also reminds them of the glorious fulfillment of God's plan in sending His Son just at the right time in history. Christ was born of a woman and born under the law to redeem and adopt His own. In doing so we see the grace of God's purpose.
