This was my first attempt, at using my DJ-808, to make a 77-minute continuous mix. I put together some of my favorite songs, which I like to hear around the holidays and sometimes, just to listen to.

I made it, for my newlywed husband, John, on Christmas Day of 2017. He said, that he loved it and that made me happy. We listened to it regularly, until the following month, when he lost his battle with cancer.

I’ve held onto this mix and only shared it with my family and neighbors. Describing what this mix means to me and sharing it has always been difficult. Teaching myself how to use my DJ Controller and learning how to utilize SoundCloud, to post mixes, has been a new experience. I’ve thought about posting this Christmas Mix, over the past few years, but I just wasn’t ready to write a description and I would back down tell myself maybe next year.

I will have to dig out my CDs to find all of the songs on this mix, so I won’t do that today. I hope you will still enjoy it, as much as I do. Thanks, for listening.
