Advent. Formed from a Latin word meaning "coming" or "arrival," Advent is the traditional celebration of the first advent of Jesus. The Christmas season is a time for remember and rejoicing, watching and waiting. During the four week lead-up to Christmas, we will reflect on our need for a Savior, rediscover the hope of Messiah, and realize He is coming again!
