When an angel appeared to Joseph to tell him to leave right then, it was important that he obeyed immediately.

The Lord loves partnership with us. Even though there are probably a thousand different ways the Lord could have handled that situation, He used Jesus’ father Joseph to lead the way. God loves partnership with us, even though we don’t deserve it.

Never forget that Jesus had parents. God came so humbly that there were years that God made flesh was dependent on mere mortals for His care. What an amazing story!
