A Toronto distillery introduces a unique Christmas tree-infused gin, Trees to Happy Hour Christmas Tree Gin, delivered by Santa and an elf. The idea stemmed from mixologist Brenton Mowforths real Christmas tree scent, which he bottled as a gin botanical. Collaborating with Nickel Nine Distillery, they used Balsam Fir, cacao nibs, and cardamom to create this limited-release spirit. Enjoy it in a gin and tonic with chocolate bitters or a Negroni at participating Toronto bars.
