Christopher Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492, but he wasn't actually the first person from Europe to discover the Americas and may not have even set foot inland of the 'New World'.

Seeking a new pass to Asia by sailing west into the vast unknown, Columbus would find islands in the Caribbean and the natives that already lived there. While trying to find gold and glory, Christopher resorted to kidnapping, enslaving or killing the natives of the new land he found.
