On this edition of The Daily Score, Mark Grote shares his takeaways from the Cubs' 3-1 win over the Mets in Queens. Chicago was no-hit into the eighth inning, but slugger Christopher Morel led the Cubs to victory with a go-ahead two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning. Right-hander Jameson Taillon had his best outing of the season, throwing 78 pitches through 7 1/3 innings of one-run ball.
