In this episode, are the circumstances that led to the hanging of Christopher Walsh, on the 28th September 1854, for the murder of his wife Mary Walsh nee McLoughlan. Mary was seven months into her confinement. The baby did not survive. Listener discretion is advised as this story relates to violence against a spouse and suicide.
