The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is evident. He willingly left the riches of heaven, for the poverty of taking on human nature. Remarkably, his poverty is what secures us the eternal riches of his grace: redemption through his blood, adoption into the family of God, an inheritance that cannot spoil or fade. This is the sweet exchange of the incarnation: his poverty, our riches.
