I first learned about “Default aggressive" from former US Navy SEAL's  Leif Babin & Jocko Willink ( check out Jocko Podcast or read their book "Extreme Ownership" for more intel).  This concept is an awesome way to approach life and we should remember it! 

"Default Aggressive" means that you’re being proactive instead of reactive. It means that you’re taking action in life, rather than being a passive bystander watching your life go by.
