In the midst of a pandemic, and during a mandatory stay at home decree, I am rediscovering things about myself that I wish to change. One way I start the process of changing is to question myself about what I want to keep of the status quo or do I use this time period to change some deep patterning.
What am I afraid to want is a question that inspires me to reveal those wants, needs and dreams to myself.
I have all sorts of people in my brain and in my imagination. I talk about the inner resources I use to make decisions about big and little every day things.
