Chuck Norton and "Taco 'Bout It"

Listen Later

"I would tell my younger self to take more risks. I think I'd be a lot more comfortable in certain situations if I knew how to take risks before. I feel like now when I am sometimes uncomfortable in social situations, school or sports, I feel like I wish I could go back and learn how to fail." Today's episode features high school senior, Chuck Norton! Chuck has been working on Taco 'Bout It, a mental health card game, for a little over two years. Chuck realized that he wasn't effectively communicating with his parents about his mental health, but he knew that he enjoyed playing card games with them; he wanted to combine those two ideas so that families could engage in challenging conversations in a lower stakes and more enjoyable environment.
