Today's episode is a little different than usual, today I want to share how I've processed some heavy things lately, both personally, and for sadly how I believe I may not be alone in my thoughts.

Being open about my life is often not easy, it opens so much of who I am up for critique, and criticism, I get often enough, but it's how I feel on the other end of it that I want to share with you.

This is also a time where with recent legal changes in our country I want to share what I hope will give some space to pause before responding to all that is changing.
