Today Josh and Emily are joined by Deb Hinkel, Director of Spiritual Formation and Family Ministry at Hershey Free! They talk about how to navigate glass ceilings and sticky floors as a woman in ministry, developing a thick skin, chauvinism hiding behind theology, establishing healthy boundaries in a co-ed environment, creating church cultures where the expectation is that women will contribute, and paradigm shifts that need to happen for women in leadership.

Deb joined the Hershey Free staff in 2015 after spending fourteen years as an assistant professor in the Church and Ministry Leadership department at Lancaster Bible College.
