When faced with the ruinous state of the Church, people are often in shock. Nehemiah was as well. He responded with mourning and prayer. This we

Still, it is important that you move beyond this initial stage of shock,

For real change to happen it is important to assess the damage. Only then will you be able to suggest realistic solution and fix what is necessary.

Church leaders often find this difficult, but it is essential for any real improvement to take place.
