Pt. 1 - PJI President, Brad Dacus, discusses the rights that churches have to politically express themselves and speak up on what they believe in and stand for. Emily Mimnaugh gives some specific examples of what churches can do to get involved politically in the election. 

Pt. 2 - PJI Staff Attorney, Michael Peffer, talks about how the justice department is working to protect churches from unequal treatment of covid restrictions at the hands of predominantly blue states. Brad Dacus and Michael Peffer list some cases in which churches were clearly and blatantly discriminated on.
