During this episode you will hear their journey as they completed their Community Healthcare Worker course at Normandale Community College, and also their 80 hours of internship under Amy Lucht's direction. Please learn how they came to join us, the impact they have already made as well as how they hope to serve our community as part time employees of the St Louis Park Fire Department and Care Resource Connection in other communities.  Both have made Minnesota CHW's in the Fire Service, as they are the first to fully complete their 80 hours and internship packets as designed by the college to prepare them for the field.
