Host and Industrial Psychologist, Bernardo Tirado PMP, interviews Bob Russo. Bob enjoyed a successful career at IBM as an Executive Project Manager. He retired from that career just a few years ago. He continues to maintain his PMP credentials and gives back to the project management community as a volunteer, mentor, and speaker. Following his career at IBM, Bob trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is certified as an Executive Coach. In addition to maintaining an active coaching practice, Bob serves as an Associate Trainer for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching Bob’s coaching training and work have earned him the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. He has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of the ICF. This position provides him the opportunity to coach, support, guide and mentors some of New York City’s most accomplished coaches.
