In this second chapter, I’m bringing you someone who influenced me a ton during my teenage years. My first "stepmom"... Yep, I had others after her, but Sibele stuck around to this day. And unlike Cinderella, I was lucky enough to have one who wasn’t mean at all—she was superrr amazing. She really helped me understand myself as a woman.

So, Cibele came into my life when I was about 13, right in that pre-teen phase. After dealing with a few of my dad’s girlfriends who drove me a little nuts, Cibele—after some back and forth—managed to make her way into my heart for good.
