That means nobody knows what they’re smoking, everybody thinks they’re an expert, and at least one of us is about to be humbled on camera. Billy, The Cock of the Walk is out of town on business this week so he gets a pass. The rest of us are not so lucky.

We’re going to talk about how blind taste tests actually work, why they’re one of the best ways to figure out what you really like versus what you think you like, and whether any of us can actually identify a blend without seeing the band. Spoiler: confidence will be high. Accuracy might not be.
