Today, I'm speaking with Cindy Jackson.  She can be found in the book under Day 17. In the book I asked her, "How do you best receive criticism?"

During today's conversation,  I learn more about her business, Back To 30, including how a move from the west coast to the east coast resulted in a cross-country commute to work that led her to the decision to co-found the very successful and multiple location skin care and medical spa business closer to home. Cindy also shares the importance of giving back to the community and the responsibility to mentor others.
