Cindy Ortiz is a second-generation Puerto Rican immigrant from NYC. Recently, She survived breast cancer thanks in part to medical marijuana. During her cancer treatments, she was unable to eat. Introduce medical marijuana into her treatment and she was able to eat and gain her strength back. Cindy's passion to be a servant leader enabled her to become the CEO of Bloom Wellness NJ. Cindy recently applied for their dispensary permit in NJ only to be told there was a glitch and her application was denied. Her story is one for the history books.
