With the new film from Hirokaza Koreeda, Sheep in the Box, the talk of buzz from Cannes sets the tone on a film's response and how that effects its release; regardless of it's quality. In the same breath is talk of the previous year's nominees for the Palme d'Or with mentions of films including Eddington, The Secret Agent and Sentimental Value.
