This week Danielle is joined by therapy animal extraordinaire, Patti Anderson. Patti is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to animal therapy and we are so lucky to have her support!

Patti Anderson is a C.P.D.T., Pet Partners Evaluator, R.E.A.D. Instructor, a Certified TTouch Practitioner and a member of North Star Therapy Animals. She was a school counselor for over twenty five years, partnering with KoKo (a rescued Siberian Husky) as a Canine Counselor for five of those years. Patti learned the "power of the paw" and has been doing therapy work since the year 2000 with a succession of six different therapy dogs, doing professional animal assisted therapy work and also volunteering in many different venues. She also visits with registered Pet Partners guinea pigs and rabbits too. Patti has taught therapy animal classes over the years at several different training school locations in the Twin Cities and is currently on staff at Agile Canines in St. Louis Park.
