Circadian Rhythms are more important than you think! Each one of your cells has its own Circadian Rhythm (aka Biological Clock) and Circadian Rhythms are commonly implicated in a wide range of disease processes.Their role is*definitely not* limited to putting you to sleep and ensuring that sleep is high quality sleep. Circadian Rhythms have been associated with neurodegenerative disorders including Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease along with depression, substance misuse and autism.
