This meditation is a visualization of different colored lights for the chakra. Each time we have an affirmation that we can repeat.
Root - I am safe.
Sacral - I am joyful. I am spontaneous. I am creative. Solar Plexus - I value who I am.
Heart - I am fully open to receiving love.
Throat - What I have to say is valuable.
3rd Eye - I am a source of clarity, insight, and light for myself and those around me.
Crown - Divinity resides in me. I am a vessel for love and light.
