Monique moved to Maine in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the salty air and the welcoming community. She hails from upstate New York. Monique’s big family is a central part of her life and keeps her traveling throughout the northeast. Locally, she spends her time making pottery and singing with her Portland-based choir, Women In Harmony. You’ll find her roasting vegetables and working in Development for Goodwill Northern New England.
