An out-of-control Audi ploughed into pedestrians on Chapel Street in Windsor, leaving an 18-year-old woman and 63-year-old man seriously injured. The 33-year-old driver, who returned a positive breath test, allegedly attempted to flee the scene before being detained by bystanders in a citizen's arrest. The vehicle crashed through a brick wall after speeding out from a car park around 10pm.
