Partiality (noun): unfair bias in favour of one person or thing; favouritism

James 2:9 says: "But if you favour some people over others, you are comitting a sin. you are guilty of breaking the law."

God is passionate that His Kingdom is filled with every kind of person in the whole world - and that they are all treated the same.
