City council votes to honor Hughes open space measure, Biden shows support for patent law exception for COVID-19 vaccines

After that, Jonathan Gillham updates listeners on Colorado State University’s athletics. Then as a commemoration for this last episode until August, Kota Babcock features highlights from two interviews this semester: Robyn Vincent from KUNC discusses hurricane issues and Dr. Cedric Jamie Rutland from the American Lung Association discusses equity in vaccine distribution.

After that, Babcock tells listeners about President Joe Biden backing a World Trade Organization proposal to bar COVID-19 vaccines from being patented, and then Winfrey displays her greatest hits from this semester with interviews with Dr. Ray Black and Usama Alshaibi. To conclude the show, Winfrey explains how a man won a legal battle to keep the teeth of the shark that attacked him.
