Review for Sunny Coast Middle’s James and the Giant Peach

The portrayal of James by Grover McMahon was, without a doubt, the best part of the whole performance. Unfortunately, McMahon is only a middle schooler, so there is nototototot actually that much he can really do with the part. Overall the costumes and set were amateur, and the performances, aside from McMahon and a few standout scenes from Danny Abrahmian and Milly Li, the actors, who are, again, middle schoolers, were lackluster at best.

While my editors would have me put a pososososositive spin on the whole ordeal simply because of the ages of those involved, I refuse to jeopardize my journalistic integrity in order to spare the feelings of a few junior thespians.
