Incumbent Tammy Morales is facing challenger Tanya Woo in a fight to retain her District 2 seat on the Seattle City Council. In a racially diverse district that now includes Mount Baker, Beacon Hill, Columbia City, Rainier Beach, the Chinatown International District and Yesler Terrace, voters will decide which candidate can solve the issues facing South Seattle.
