POLL: Do you plan to support a new pollution fee (I-1631)?

Will a carbon fee on the state's largest polluters help the environment? Or will it push up gas prices and hurt the economy? Supporters of Initiative 1631 say the billions of dollars raised will improve public health and create green jobs. But opponents are seeing red and are fighting back, with major help from the oil industry.
