After two years of speculation, the Government has now published its Levelling Up White Paper - a blueprint designed to reconfigure the UK's economic, political and social geographies and spread prosperity across the country. 

For this episode of City Minutes, Andrew Carter spoke to Centre for Cities Director of Policy and Research Paul Swinney to get the Centre's initial reaction to the Government's plans.
