Tay was a sharp, street-smart booster from D.C. who moved quietly through the world, surviving instability at home and helping her friend Morgan pull off a risky heist—until Morgan got caught and Tay knew it was time to go. Chasing her dream of owning a creative gallery space, Tay relocated to Atlanta, where a job at a nightclub and a chance encounter with a businessman offered a new opportunity—until her past caught up with her. Undeterred, she pitched a bold idea to transform a neglected storage room into a pop-up art space. When her vision came to life, Tay invited the other City Tales characters to Atlanta, turning her second chance into a celebration of growth, grit, and possibility.
