Kris is a Special Agent and Division Chief at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and has been with NCIS for 26 years. Before that he served in serveral specialties in local and county level law enforcenment. Kris talks with Patrick about law enforcement informatiion sharing and its importance through LInx. LInx (Law Enforcement Information Exchange) is a coalition of over 1900 willing law enforcement agencies who have agreed to share data with each other.  A very informative interview.
