Claire holds two BAs in Theatre and English from UC Berkeley. Throughout the past few years, she has worked as a teaching artist and a professional actor. Since COVID-19, she has begun to spend more time outdoors to enjoy the natural beauty the world has to offer. She continues to sing and rejoice in the joy that it brings her.

Everyone, at some point or another, has been told that their voice does not deserve to be heard. On Vocal Unrest we will explore our relationship with our voice. We will delve into each guest’s opinion of their voice, how that opinion was shaped, and how they either embrace or resist their voice on a daily basis. The aim of Vocal Unrest is to explore how negative or positive opinions of our voices are created, with the ultimate goal of empowering guests and listeners to work against any negativity and reach their full vocal potential.
