Join David and myself in Ballykilcavan on the family's beautiful farm in County Laois as we explore their journey so far in the brewing business. Hear about their fantastic restoration project involving the traditional farm buildings, setting up an on-farm brewery and how they've now incorporated a visitor centre on site too.

This is a place with a rich history, biodiversity and is a beautiful farm interspersed with native woodlands which are managed as 'continuous cover'.
