The first episode in the 3 part series sees Clara chat with Brian and Thay of the Cork rooftop farm. Having previously worked with a US consulting firm she threw in the towel in order to feed her passion for food. Having grown up in a family with the same enthusiasm for food with her great grandfather having an organic vegetable farm and a grandfather who was a Baker in one of Cork's very first bakeries. Having learnt her trade in an intensive cooking course in Ballymaloe Clara now goes to people's houses to educate them about food and carrying out cooking classes.
