Clare is an accomplished professional who leads large-scale municipal works contracts in the North of England. She's one of the smallest people I have ever worked with and yet she has one of the biggest hearts and sharpest tongues. She commands respect but is also amazing to share a pint with. She has generously spent some of their time to talk to me about travel, KFC, and a pug called Phoebe
