In a world in which we speak 7,000 different languages and we have 44 billion connected devices creating a constant flood of data, we need help to understand each other and our ever-changing world. A new field of translators has emerged that promises to help us solve some of the biggest problems of our time: data scientists. We need a new literacy around data and facts. And we need to commit to lifelong learning. When we discover our shared reality, we can build trust and find more common ground.
