2022 is the year we redefine ourselves. We redefine our perception of relationships, friends, and family. 2022 asked us a question, “are we the very same person that we believed several years, months, or even moments ago?” and the answers are vary throughout the months of this year.
I noticed on social media that there’s a trend, that we all collectively believe that we, somehow, lived multiple lives in 2022. Some believe their life has been divided into two parts of January-June and July to December, some believe their life has been divided into four quarters. But then, there’s no standard because we, humans, experience ourselves in our own way.
2022 posed a question about the clarity of what we want and what we need. We’re not so sure, so that each moment, the universe is doing its magic and filtering the kind of people and experience we need to have so we can become the very best version of ourselves. It could be an accident, sickness, happy moment, heartbreak, or wounds that come up to the surface all of a sudden. Some leave scars and mark themselves in a negative/positive way through our mind and heart. Some hurt us so we close ourselves toward further pain that makes us bleed in the first place.
I believe that each meeting, each conversation, each word that we’ve been talked to. Helped us shape a form of identities that reinforces themselves again, and again upon ourselves. As Neil deGrasse Tyson said, “We’re the universe experiencing itself.”
Thus, here we are, healing our scars and wounds in our very way and continuously working on it.
But then, what’s in the store for us in 2023?
As the sun dawns and sets every single day, our pain is temporary and our best days are yet to come.
I believe an exciting time is coming ahead with everyday, more and more of us heal ourselves from past trauma and bad experiences. I see many more people learning from experience, they understand what to do the very second pain comes toward them, they will embrace and are gonna do what it takes to heal themselves.
2023 gonna be another introspective and rollercoaster year as we venture toward the unknown in front of us. Heal, move on. Heal, move on. 2023 is the year we met the best version of ourselves and reality. 2023 is the year we grasp world phenomenons with experience and wounds we healed in 2022.
I believe the conversation and big theme going around in 2023 is revolving around three things;
I’d say thank you to 2022 for the ups and downs experience and welcome, the joy of rebirth of 2023.
