On Today's episode Aaron speaks with City of Sheridan Arborist, Clark Van Hoosier and Master Arborist and Owner of Inner Tree, Nicholas Patterson. Both highlight the wonderful characteristics of native Wyoming trees and why it's important to understand how they can thrive in Wyoming's harsh seasons. They discuss the importance of proper tree health and understanding why you would take certain actions at certain times of the year. During the fall and winter seasons it's important to MULCH YOUR TREES and water your trees as much as possible. Nicholas and Clark discuss the expansion and importance of the Kendrick Arboretum aka Tree Zoo! Lastly, Nicholas asks our poll question to Wyoming/Sheridan natives as well as discuss the priority we must take to understanding the Emerald Ash Bore that is decimating Ash tree populations.
